Join us on Nov. 4 for a FREE, practical CLE* that will teach attorneys how to help veterans understand the discharge upgrade process. Through interactive exercises, attorneys will learn how to screen for eligibility, identify which Board has jurisdiction over different types of cases, and help veterans identify how to best support their claims.

Attorneys will then have a chance to apply their new skill set at our Nov. 18 discharge upgrade advice clinic (experienced staff will be on-hand for support). Paralegals, law students, and other law professionals are welcome.

This CLE* will provide education on the following:

-Who is eligible for a discharge upgrade?

-What documents do veterans need when they apply?

-Where do I apply for a discharge upgrade?

-How attorneys can help veterans with the process.
